Why we cap the room at 1,200
A smaller room means shorter queues, better questions and more time to meet people.

We could sell more tickets. We choose not to. A cap of 1,200 keeps every session within reach, keeps lunch queues short and makes it realistic to meet the people you came to see.
It also lets us run one main track, so nobody spends the day choosing between rooms.
