Lisbon is easy to reach and easy to get around. Most attendees arrive by metro or tram.
By air
From the airport
Take the red metro line to the city centre, then tram 15 along the river. The trip takes about 35 minutes.

The nearest tram stop is two minutes away on foot. A 24-hour transit card covers every line.

There is secure bike parking at the entrance. Car parking nearby is limited, so we recommend transit.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that you can transfer your ticket to a colleague at no cost.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Send the new attendee name to the contact address on our contact page at least 48 hours before the event.
Will talks be recorded?
Every main stage talk is recorded and shared with attendees within two weeks. Workshops are not recorded.
Is the venue accessible?
Riverside Hall is step-free, with lifts to every floor, accessible toilets and reserved seating near the stage.
Do you offer student pricing?
Yes. Students get 50% off a Full Pass with a valid student ID. Travel grants are also available.
Is there a code of conduct?
Yes. Every attendee, speaker and partner agrees to it when they register. Our team is on site to help at all times.
